These are muffins you can eat any time of day. They fit well as breakfast if you want something sweet in the morning, as a snack or dessert. They contain healthy fats from almond butter and coconut oil and they are both sugar-free and gluten-free.
Sugar-Free and Gluten-Free Chocolate Muffins
4 pcs small
2 tbsp natural almond butter
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
0.5 dl stevia sugar
1 large egg
2 tbsp coconut flour
1-2 tsp almond milk
1.5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking powder
unsweetened chocolate chips, optional
In a bowl stir together almond butter and coconut oil. Add the sugar and egg and stir. Then add the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Spoon the batter into 4 small silicon muffin cups and bake at 175 C degrees for 10-12 minutes.

1-2 tsk mandelmjölk
1,5 msk osötat kakaopulver
