Simple, but oh so good soft cakes. It is the caramel butter that makes this cake, so good when you take a piece and inside the cake there is a tender sweet butter of caramel that melts in your mouth, mmm.
Salted Caramel Cake
90 g butter, melted
1 dl coconut sugar
0.5 dl stevia sugar
1 egg
1,5 dl flour
0,5 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
2 tbsp salted caramel spread
Stir together butter and sugar. Add the egg and stir well. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and blend until smooth. Pour the batter in one large baking pan for 3-4 small ones. Top the cakes with caramel spread. Bake in 175 C for 20 minutes.

1 dl kokossocker
0,5 dl steviasocker
1 ägg
1,5 dl mjöl
0,5 tsk bakpulver
nypa salt
